I just wanted to drop you a line to give you an overview of a recent experience that I had with your business, and unfortunately one of your competitors.
I have had some issues with my roof in recent times, we have found mould on both the eaves and inside our house on the living room roof, both I assumed to be due to leaks in our roof, I contacted a number of companies to come out and provide a quotation and hopeful resolution for the issues that we were experiencing.
The first contractor didn’t even return my call, another missed 3 set appointments with me then showed up when I wasn’t there, after a number of calls he sent a quotation through to me for a full roof restoration and didn’t even mention resolving the issues that we had raised. I received a quotation the next day ( first quote from the previous contractor was $ 4300 ) your cost to rectify the leaks and recap and repair the affected areas was only $980.00. I accepted the quote and the work was completed within 4 days of acceptance of the quote. The installer was extremely professional, and completed the job in a timely manner and honestly exceeded both my wife and my expectations.
